Procedure for New & Existing Customers
New
Customers
Existing Customers
NEW CUSTOMERS
- Press the "Create Account"
button on the top navigation bar and complete the Login (Username),
Password, and contact
information form & save.
- You will be automatically logged-in
as a member and sent to our Store Front where you can begin
shopping.
- Proceed to shop by selecting the
category of interest on the left side navigation bar.
- Once you have identified a product
for purchase, select the product to view the product page. Once on
the page, enter the quantity desired in the quantity box and press
the "Add To Basket" button to the right (it will
automatically be added to your shopping cart). Follow the same
procedure for each item until you are finished shopping.
- To view the items you have selected
in your shopping cart, press the "View Shopping Cart"
button on the top navigation bar.
- At this point you can edit or delete
any items in your shopping cart.
- Once you are ready to checkout,
press the "Checkout" button on the top of the navigation
bar.
- You will be prompted to verify your
shipping & billing address. If correct, press
"Continue".
- The next screen will ask you for
shipping details, type of payment to be used, etc.. Once you have
answered the questions, press "Continue".
- The next screen will ask you for
your credit card information or check number. Once you have answered
the questions, press "Continue".
- The next and final screen will be
your confirmation invoice, which you should print for your records.
You will also receive a confirmation email as well.
- After you have printed the
confirmation invoice you can either press the "Home"
button on the top navigation bar to continue browsing our website or simply close your browser. You
have now successfully completed your online order with
MedicalProvisions.com.
EXISTING CUSTOMERS
- Press the "Login" button on the top bar and enter your login & password information
- You will be automatically logged-in as a member and sent to our Store Front where you can begin shopping.
- Proceed to shop by selecting the category of interest on the left side navigation bar.
