How can I track my order?
To track your order, you can either:

a) Refer to your confirmation letter that was e-mailed to you when your order was shipped, which contained a link to Track your shipment; or

b) Login into your account and select "Order History", which will contain a link to Track your shipment.

When I track my order it shows "delivered" but I have actually not yet received it.
Step 1.  You will initially need to contact the shipping company (Fedex: 800-463-3339; USPS: 800-275-8777; UPS: 800-742-5877) directly, within 10 days of showing the shipment being delivered, and report that you did not receive the shipment even though it shows as "delivered".  

NOTE:
- When talking to Fedex or UPS, ask to be transferred to the local Terminal and report your case.  If customer service is unable to transfer you, make sure to request that a "Trace" be initiated and request that the delivery driver come out and show you where the package was left.

- When talking to USPS, ask customer service for the telephone number of your local branch.  Call the branch and ask to speak with the Post Master and request that the delivery driver come out and show you the package was left.

Step 2.  The shipping company should respond back to you within 48 business hours by either calling you or sending the delivery driver to your residence or business to further investigate the claim.

Step 3.  If the issue does not get resolved with the shipping company, click here to contact us! (NOTE: we will not be able to assist you unless you have first followed the above protocol of Step 1 & 2).  We will try to assist you even though the risk of loss and title for shipments pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier (see Shipping & Delivery section).
